Lake Trip

We have been lucky enough to be invited to a friend's families lake house the last couple of weekends.  We had a great time wheeling, fishing, biking, and cleaning up a 1950s lake house.

The jeep made a great fishing rod holder.

Claire caught a fish.

The dogs had a great time swimming and splashing in the water.

The guys even got brave and waded in the water.

And, Of course, what is a weekend wheeling without getting stuck?

Covert Robin Swap

I made my  Covert Robin swap partner, Jan of Jan's Art Frienzy a travel jewelry clutch.

You can find the pattern at my craftsy pattern store. I modified it a bit and use a magnetic closure to keep it closed.  I also quilted the outer fabrics and I used binding to close the edges instead of stitching right sides together and turning out.
