Ribbon Sculptures

I was out getting my daughter's first hair cut and I found the cutest animal and bug hair clips made from ribbon.  Some of the sculptures looked really complicated and some looked fairly easy to duplicate.  So far I have made ladybugs, a ghost, a candy corn bow, and a turkey.  There will be more to follow.  If anyone would like to purchase some, I am considering selling some.

Ladybugs

These were very easy to create and can be done in a variety of color combinations.  I chose the simple red and black to match a dress for my daughter.










Ghost and Candy Corn Bow

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to make a ghost and a candy corn bow.  I still have more Halloween ribbon so expect more themed bows.









Turkey

Thanksgiving is also coming up, so I couldn't resist the turkey.  He is just to cute.












This is just the start of my ribbon sculptures and bow making.  I have plans to make some Sesame Street characters, some christmas themed items, and some other bows to match my daughter's clothing.
