Russian Punchneedle Igolochkoy

A few weeks ago my mom and I went to the International Quilt Festival in Houston.  While there we met Gail Bird at her booth and she introduced us to Russian Punchneedle Igolochkoy.  It is an embroidery technique that creates a loop on the right side of the fabric.  If you would like more instructions or information check out Gail Bird's website.
